The job responsibilities inlude connecting and building rapport with customers to provide exceptional customer service, Sales order administration, stock receipting, stock take, inventory and stock control, managing supplier credits and customer repairs Point of contact for vendors, and managing rosters and maintaining time sheets, among others.
