Eid Ul Fitr celebrations go full swing across the world

After a month long fasting and self-discipline, Muslims in different parts of the world are celebrating Eid Ul Fitr on Friday.  Eid celebrations began with special prayers at mosques in the morning followed by greetings, charity and visiting friends and families.

In holy cities of Saudi Arabia, Makkah and Madina, the dawn began with Eid namaz offered at the Grand Mosque and Masjid-e-Nabwi.

In UAE, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, received Eid Ul Fitr well-wishers at Zabeel Palace.

Shaikh Mohammed also received Eid greetings from tribesmen, ministers and common citizens .

In the UAE capital, Abu Dhabi, His Highness Shaikh Mohammad Bin Zayed Al Nahyan Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, received crowds of well-wishers at Mushrif Palace this morning.

World leaders like British Prime Minister Theresa May issued wishes mentioning the services of Muslims in UK. Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau and US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo also issued messages with Eid wishes.
