Now, Deloitte is looking to hire an Administrative Assistant for its Dubai location. The job responsibilities include being the first point of contact for Deloitte & Touche and to be able to communicate effectively with staff, clients and suppliers at all levels. Moreover, the candidate will also have to provide general administrative and clerical support.
Additional responsibilities would include handling and distributing incoming and outgoing post, keeping up to date records of extensions of Deloitte employees and clients’ contact numbers, making travel arrangements, ordering office stationary, responding to correspondence and assisting with other admin duties.
The ideal candidate would have a positive attitude when dealing with people and should have at least a graduate degree from a recognized college. He or she should have strong interpersonal skills and be at ease with the use of email and internet applications. Moreover, they should also be able to work independently and be able to speak Arabic fluently.
