The Ashirvad HR Group is looking out for a motivated and bright individual to join its team in the UAE as an Admin Assistant. The position is based in Dubai and offers a lot from a professional perspective. The Group is involved in the Pharmaceuticals industry.
The main job responsibilities include coordinating internal and external meetings / conferences so that they run smoothly, including scheduling meeting times, making travel arrangements for attendees, and ensuring that various meeting amenities are available, preparing documents, presentation materials and official information releases and distributes to required stakeholders, responding on behalf of the Senior Managers to different stakeholders maintaining high professional standards whilst meeting conflicting needs and responding to more complex or escalated enquiries from other PA/secretarial staff, among others.
The ideal candidate for the position would have relevant vocational qualifications or equivalent experience, prior Experience as and Admin Assistant, great communication skills, team management skills and knowledge in relation to administrative/business support activities.
