The job would involve handling customer incidents wherein the customer complexity or issue is high or intensified. Additional responsibilities include assisting in implementing changes in policies, seeking opportunities for improvements, working closely with customer service staff, managing incoming cases logged into support and utilizing interactive client telephone system ensuring prompt call answering and call routing.
The ideal candidate would have more than three years of experience in customer service in a call center environment.
