Almas Executive, an electronics products trading company in the UAE is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for its Dubai location. The job involves welcoming visitors by greeting them over the phone or in person, answering and referring queries, resolving customer complaints via phone, email and sms, improving customer satisfaction, ensuring policies and procedures related to customer service are complied with and preparing reports which needs to be submitted to the management.
The ideal candidate should be able to solve customer care issues, maintain customer satisfaction stringently and be able to communicate effectively. Previous experience in a similar capacity would be highly preferable.
