Dubai, Sept 22:
Realty India Expo 2018 organised by Mindspace closed this evening on a positive note on the present Indian real estate scenario from an investment perspective as many genuine investors promised popular builders who participated in the expo to invest in their aspired projects across India.
The present depreciation of Indian rupee value boosted the deals as many were excited to own new properties at the highest value for foreign money. Many were even checking the possibility of buying a second home as investment through this exhibition, said MI Sait , the CMD of Mindspace mentioned on the response of the exhibition in Dubai.
“The major change in mindset noticed this time was that Indians residing in UAE now wish to own more budget properties rather than high end bungalows,” the organisers MI Sait and Zia Sait told media. Skylark and Radius were the key sponsors of the exhibition.
