The sixth Islamic Economy Award (IEA) which will highlight the most innovative initiatives that drive economic development in line with the core principles of the Islamic economy such as responsibility, sustainability and positive impact on society, to take place on the sidelines of the fourth Global Islamic Economy Summit (GIES 2018). Registration is open until 25th July across eight categories including Islamic banking, food and health products and services, and Islamic art. There’s also a lifetime achievement award category.
The summit organised by Dubai Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Dubai Islamic Economy Development Centre (DIEDC) will run from 30-31 October in Dubai. Following the continued success of the Islamic Economy Award in attracting nominations from around the world, this year’s edition will attract the participation of multiple worthy nominees. The Islamic Economy Award is open to all candidates, local and international, who meet the criteria.
