The next three months will see a huge number of job openings coming up at Al Dhafra in the wake of an agreement that encourages the employment of 1000 Emirati jobseekers.
The agreement that was signed between the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation and Abu Dhabi Department of Economic Development on Saturday, aims to boost the process of hiring Emiratis who live in the south of Mussaffah in Abu Dhabi.
The agreement forms part of the Ghadan 21 plan and is primarily designed to create around 10,000 jobs for Emiratis. The Ghadan 21 was initiated by Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, in September this year.
The agreement was signed by Saif Mohamed Al Hajeri, chairman of ADDED and Nasser Al Hamli, Minister of Human Resources and Emiratisation.
