The Panalpia Group is one of the leading providers of supply chain logistics. The company operates a global network and has about 500 offices across 70 countries. Now the company is looking to hire a Logistics Hub Coordinator to manage and coordinate daily Logistics Customer Services and warehouse operations to facilitate operational excellence. Moreover, also to to deliver documentation and data quality in line with the company and client standards as well as UAE and Iraqi regulations.
Key responsibilities of the candidate would include understanding and adhering to quality policies, standards and guidelines and also to ensure compliance to processes and procedures set. They would also essentially have to comply with the company’s code of conduct. Other responsibilities would include ensuring operational satisfaction and customer retention by providing efficient services at all times, pushing for improvements in quality standards, and managing and being responsible for accurate reports and records on WMS.
The right candidate would have a minimum management experience of at least three years and 2-3 years of experience in logistics operations and customer service. Moreover, the candidate should have knowledge on market and competitors and have an in-depth understanding of business policies and interdependencies and should also be a proactive team player.
