As the highly awaited Expo 2020 is all set to unfold in the vibrant city of Dubai, Saudi Arabia has announced its plans to establish a huge pavilion in the premises.
The pavilion is expected to encompass an area of two football fields, making it second in size only to the pavilion of the host nation, the UAE.
The pavilion of the Kingdom will be designed to reflect the nation’s culture and heritage, in addition to capturing its welcoming disposition.
The pavilion is crafted to perfection by designers who have set up a facade that mimics the appearance of a big window that looks towards the imminent future. The Centre for International Communication (CIC) said that the pavilion will showcase a society that stems from its rich cultural legacy.
The pavilion will demonstrate the nation’s natural landmarks, history and culture and will show how the Kingdom has evolved into a society that embraces the old with the modern. A special pathway in the pavilion will reveal to visitors the open and welcoming nature of the business and tourism sector in the Kingdom.
