The candidate is expected to lead and direct a 24/7 cargo customer service team which focuses on Premium Elite partners, escalation desk and Etihad cargo.
The key responsibilities of the prospective candidate would include deliver best in-class customer services, monitoring defined KPIs within customer service, providing all kinds of feedback to cargo customer service, managing cargo tracing activities, and reviewing and approving shifts and schedules among others.
The candidate is expected to have at least a diploma and a minimum of 7 years’ experience in the field. Moreover, they must also be able to have an ability to work in high-pressure environment and have a sound knowledge of the air cargo industry. The ideal candidate would also have at least 3-5 years of cumulative experience in customer service and cargo logistics.
