TRA awards 5-star gold rating to Etisalat’s customer service centre in Marina Mall

The UAE Telecommunications Regulatory Authority (TRA) has awarded a 5-star gold rating to Etisalat’s customer service centre in Marina Mall, Dubai for its exemplary customer service under the TRA’s ‘Erteqa’ program. It was launched under the directives of HH Sheikh Mansour Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister of the UAE and Minister of Presidential Affairs. The Marina Mall customer service centre’s latest achievement reflects Etisalat’s hard work and commitment to provide high-quality services and implement a smart store concept, to provide a digital and seamless experience for customers.

The ‘Erteqa’ program aims to ensure the provision of high-quality services to customers in all service centres of licensed telecom service providers by assessing and ranking each telecom service centres on the basis of six main criteria: accessibility of the centre, the facilities provided, employee-customer interaction, the mechanisms of products and services presentation, the efficiency of the services provided and their response to the needs of the customers, and the inclusion of the innovation in all stages of service.
