An annual global report that ranks nations in context of their positivity index has put the UAE on the 8th position. The rankings have been put out by Positivity Index of Nations, a report that gauges nations on the basis of positive economy indicators with relation to the OECD member nations.
The UAE was ranked above countries such as France, Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom, even though it was included in the report as a non-OECD country. There were a total of 34 OECD member nations that figured in the report.
The report makes notes on the manner in which nations behave in context of sustaining the well being of future generations, in addition to assessing the impact individual nations have from a global perspective. The fact that the UAE is at the 8th position is an indicator of the exceptionally high level of well being and the positivity of behaviour.
