Dubai-based Nellara Food Products has launched a range of gastronomically innovative new products like Oats and Wheat Dosa Dough, Malabar Paratha, Wheat Paratha, Idiyappam, Chapati and many other products. The launch was inspired by the popularity and demand for other products that the group with three decades of heritage to back them up has been selling in the past.
The newly launched items, which are Half Cooked, are prepared in a manner that enables them to be consumed after heating thus saving valuable time and effort. The products are not meant to be stored in the freezer. They are recommended to be stored in the chiller for up to 5 days and heated up when needed.
The freshly-released nellara oats and wheat Dosa is perfect for a healthy breakfast and dinner. This can give you energy and make you feel satiated the whole day. The Dosa can be made like a crepe just like any other batter.
Launched on the lines of “Healthy Ready to Cook”, these products are produced from Nellara’s own Certified Factory in Dubai Al Qusais with the highest quality and hygiene regulations.
The company is one among the few that have won the international certification of HACCP, with good inspections and quality certificates of food.
The Nellarea Food Products, which has an active presence in 13 countries including UAE, prepare their food products in their own factory. The stringent quality and hygiene checks ensure that the products are extremely safe for consumption.
The MD Nellara Shamsududdin and Directors PK Abdullah and MK Fasalu Rahman of the Nellara Group of Companies launched the products at a simple ceremony where the management and staff members proactively participated. Marketing Manager Sameer Babu, HR Manager Nainan Mathew, and Production Manager Jayakumar Murali were also present at the occasion.
